Hiatus from work for a bit

Hello all,

Back in the beginning of January, I epically broke my 2nd toe on the left foot! Needless to say, I have been on hiatus from working with stained glass while my toe heals. Did you know that you can only tape a toe to another one for support?! Ugh! 

I had a lovely and stylish black shoe 🙄 for quite some time. But, in attempting to heal my toe I could dive into more yarn crafts! So, I made this crochet shawl (main image) and a Tunisian crochet baby blanket.

Gave the shawl to my sister and the blanket to a co-worker. They both loved them! Yay! It's nice when people love what you make. 

I am also getting close to finishing a sweater for myself - can't let everyone else have all the fun and miss out. I made the sweater one time, and had to completely take it apart as the dimensions were horribly wrong. So, sweater 2.0 is coming out much better! Oh, I ran out of the specialty yarn and am now improvising the pattern. I'll post that when complete.

For now, I do hope there is anyone out there who is interested in reading / hearing about all my shenanigans and creations!
