Latest updates and activities

Hello!

There has been a lot happening since my last post! Where to begin...

Well, I am most likely going to be full-time at my instructor job, so that has put me behind on making crafty stuff. But, here's some pics of my latest projects:

LOTS of emotional support pickles! I got this pattern from Etsy - if you search for "emotional support pickle" you will definitely find the pattern. Although, I had to alter it slightly. I think the blue one in the middle looks like R2-D2 colors!

I'm in the process of soldering a stained glass parrot for the hubby that we started working on a few years ago. No time like the present to finish it!

Oh, and the cute giant tarantula toy in the main photo was created using a pattern purchased from Hobbii. It's so freakin' cute! Plus, there's a small piece of fabric in the bottom that came from my nephew's school play - I made this for him, and wanted to put in a sentimental token.

I made a few other small crochet projects, but the biggest thing is that I will be teaching crochet classes at The Arts Centre in Carrboro, NC this summer! I'm also volunteering crochet lessons at the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill. These classes are going to be so much fun! I haven't figured out a way to host stained glass classes yet, but I have supplies in anticipation.

Oh, and I did a thing! I now have a new Instagram page! Hooray for the digital technologic advancement!
